    SHOPPING INFORMATION

    Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

    Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process, after you choose your preferred delivery method. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer; despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue may be mis-priced or have inaccurate stock availability information.

    We do verify prices as part of our acceptance procedure, and will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.

    We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.

    We reserve the right to substitute a product within an order when the product has been discontinued or has been out of stock for an extended period of time. Any substitute products added to an order may differ slightly in appearance, but will be of equal or greater specification and monitory value, with no additional charge added for this addition.

    How long will delivery take?

    Dependent on the service that you pick. standard deliver is 2 -3 working days but express delivery is next day

    How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

    These are automatically emailed to you but you can also view this in your account portal,

     

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.

    You need to notify the retailer of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example.

    You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

    There are some products where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to return.

    These include items from our ear phone section if you’ve broken the seal on the
    wrapping,  They are considered a hygiene risk.

    Payment via bank transfer?

    You may pay after receipt of your order via a bank transfer. Payments must be made within 30 days from the date stated in your invoice. Bank information for payment is listed at the bottom of your invoice.

    You may receive a pro forma invoice upon ordering via traditional bank transaction. Your order will be delivered once the payment is received by

    We have  a simple and secure service as a payment option. After selecting credit/debitcard as payment method, by entering card data the customer may purchase their products or services. Keeping the security of the cardholder in mind, the payment system continuously monitors the transactions, guaranteeing security of the online payment process.

    Weuse coinbase as our crypto currency payment gateway a simple and secure service as a payment option.  After selecting crypto currency as payment method, you will have 20 min to complete the transaction. this is logged both on coinbase and on our system and attached to the order. Keeping the security of the both you as a customer in mind, the payment system continuously monitors the transactions, guaranteeing security of the online payment process.

    will my crypto payment get lost?

    No is the short answer. your order and payment are attached together as soon as you select the payment option. Your payment is logged every step of the way reaching the merchant gateway and recorded through each confirmation step which will show on your account once 3 confirmations have been completed your order will be set to processing, where we will start packaging your order.

    Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

    Yes as soon as we have more stock we will update our systems accordingly. Stock is delivered to us every week
